St. Anthonys Greek Fest: September Sept. 19, 20, 21, 2008! It will be the 50^th Anniversary!!!!!

GOYA: The Goyans expressed an interest in more activities. We need more parents and/or young adult volunteers to guide or spearhead activities. They have some great ideas but need some additional help. Please contact Esther Vavoulis at 818-730-5508 with your ideas or to volunteer. This a great group of kids wanting to stay involved. Lets help them!!

Vacation Bible School: Get ready for an outdoor adventure that starts in our own backyard and gets bigger each day. 2008 Vacation Bible School runs July 28 –August 1 at St. Anthonys Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena. Join us for a 4-day program (9:30 am -12:30 am) with an optional parents supervised off-site adventure on the 5^th day. All children from Pre-K to 6^th grade are welcomed! VIP: Senior Adult Group: One of the best kept secrets as St. Anthonys is the VIP group. This organization is for all seniors of the parish to enjoy fellowship not only at their monthly meetings but on the occasional excursions to local attractions. Many ideas are in the planning stages for visits in and around the local area as well as for some overnight trips as well. Please call me at 626.445.6645 no later than May 5^th if you plan to attend.

Rummage Sale: Save the date!!! The Seniors will be holding their rummage sale on Friday and Saturday July 18-19, 2008. Please remember to save all your old and unwanted items. Since we do not have storage space in the hall, we would appreciate your keeping your items until the week of July 13th. Thank you for supporting us. The 2008 Holiday Benefit Luncheon: Saturday, December 6, at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa, Pasadena (formerly, The Ritz Carlton). Anyone interested in joining the Holiday Benefit Luncheon Committee should contact Maria Kokoris.
